Ideal Site Characteristics
We're looking for industrial properties with specific characteristics that make them ideal for data center conversion. Check if your site meets our criteria:
5MW+ utility power access (expandable)
The site should have at least ~5 megawatts of existing power capacity or the ability to expand to that level.
Favorable zoning (Light Industrial or Special Use)
The property's zoning should already allow data center usage or be adaptable to it.
Proximity to major fiber networks
Nearby access to fiber optic network infrastructure, preferably with multiple carriers.
Adequate footprint for data center build-out
The property should have sufficient land or building footprint to accommodate data center infrastructure.
Location in North America
GridSite is currently focused on North American markets (US and Canada).
